Full Journal pdf2018-05-08 Senate Journal Page 2997 SB 26 The following report was received and distributed at 9:51 a.m., May 8: May 8, 2018 Mr. President: Mr. Speaker: The Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference considered CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 26(FIN) and HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 26(FIN)(efd fld H) and recommends CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 26 "An Act relating to the earnings of the Alaska permanent fund and the earnings reserve account; relating to the mental health trust fund; and providing for an effective date." (Title Change SCR 29) be adopted. The following fiscal information was published today: Fiscal Note No. 15, indeterminate, Conference Committee Signing the report: Senator MacKinnon, Chair, Senators Hoffman, Egan; Representative Foster, Chair, Representatives Seaton, Thompson. Senator Micciche moved the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report. The question being: "Shall the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS SB 26 Shall the Senate Adopt the Conference Committee Report?
