The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 192 "An                                                                  
Act relating to the confidentiality of voters' addresses; and relating to                                                       
the fees charged by the division of elections for providing a copy of                                                           
the state's master voter registration list or a copy of the list of                                                             
individuals who voted in an election" and recommended it be replaced
