SB 202                                                                                                                        
SENATE BILL NO. 202 "An Act relating to the liability of a Native                                                               
corporation for the release or threatened release of hazardous                                                                  
substances present on certain lands" was read the second time.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Senator MacKinnon, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked                                                                      
unanimous consent the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third                                                           
reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so
