SB 142 Message dated May 12 was read stating the House passed and returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 142(FIN) am "An Act making appropriations, including capital appropriations, supplemental appropriations, reappropriations, and other appropriations; amending appropriations; making appropriations to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date" with the following amendments: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 142(FIN) am H SB 63 Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent to take up the concur message on HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 63(RLS) am H "An Act prohibiting smoking in certain places; relating to education on the smoking prohibition; relating to municipal regulation of smoking in certain places; relating to established villages and local option elections to allow smoking in public places; and providing for an effective date" which had been read (page 3144). Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Micciche moved the Senate concur in the House amendments. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendments?" The roll was taken with the following result:
