SENATE BILL NO. 46 "An Act establishing October 25 of each year                                                                 
as African American Soldiers' Contribution to Building the Alaska                                                               
Highway Day" was read the second time.                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
