Without objection, the citations were adopted and referred to the Secretary for transmittal. Unfinished Business Senator Dunleavy moved and asked unanimous consent to be excused from a call of the Senate from afternoon plane time, April 21 through morning plane time, April 23; and from afternoon plane time, June 2 through morning plane time, June 4. Without objection, Senator Dunleavy was excused. SB 5 CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 5(JUD) "An Act prohibiting certain groups from soliciting and accepting contributions or from making certain contributions and expenditures during a regular or special legislative session; and prohibiting some lobbyists from making campaign contributions to certain groups" which was engrossed (page 845), was signed by the President and Secretary and transmitted to the House for consideration. SB 93 Senator Gardner moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 93 "An Act relating to security freezes on the credit reports or records of incapacitated persons and certain minors."
