Senator Dunleavy moved and asked unanimous consent to be excused

CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 5(JUD) "An Act prohibiting certain                                                                       
groups from soliciting and accepting contributions or from making                                                               
certain contributions and expenditures during a regular or special                                                              
legislative session; and prohibiting some lobbyists from making                                                                 
campaign contributions to certain groups" which was engrossed                                                                   
(page 845), was signed by the President and Secretary and transmitted

Senator Gardner moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as                                                                
a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 93 "An Act relating to security                                                                  
freezes on the credit reports or records of incapacitated persons and
