SENATE CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE JOINT                                                                                
RESOLUTION NO. 21(JUD) Urging the federal government to                                                                         
respect the authority of the state to regulate marijuana use, production,                                                       
and distribution; and urging the federal government to reconsider its                                                           
listing of marijuana as a schedule I controlled substance, was                                                                  
engrossed, signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the

Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the Senate
