The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSSSB 4(RLS) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to CSSSSB 4(FIN) am? Effective Dates YEAS: 19 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Begich, Bishop, Coghill, Costello, Egan, Gardner, Giessel, Hoffman, Kelly, MacKinnon, Meyer, Micciche, Olson, Shower, Stedman, Stevens, von Imhof, Wielechowski, Wilson Absent: Hughes and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 4(RLS) "An Act relating to the Board of Barbers and Hairdressers; relating to manicuring; relating to a limited license to practice non-chemical barbering; relating to a license to practice hair braiding; relating to tattooing; relating to permanent cosmetic coloring; relating to the Department of Environmental Conservation; relating to nonrenewal of occupational licenses for default on a student loan; and providing for an effective date." Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date clauses. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment. Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent Senator Hughes be excused from a call of the Senate today. Without objection, Senator Hughes was excused. HCR 26 Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent to take up HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26, which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 2831). Without objection, the resolution was before the Senate on final passage.
