Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                  
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final

who commits certain offenses under the code of military justice to                                                              
register as a sex offender or child kidnapper; relating to the                                                                  
Servicemembers Civil Relief Act; relating to contracts made by                                                                  
servicemembers; relating to nonjudicial punishment of members of the                                                            
organized militia; relating to offenses subject to court-martial                                                                
proceedings; and providing for an effective date" was read the second

Senator Coghill, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on                                                                
page 2772. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection.
