Senator Hoffman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                                                 
the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on                                                              
page 2586. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection.                                                               
There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE
