The question being: "Shall the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS HB 285 Shall the Senate Adopt the Conference Report on HB 285? Effective Date YEAS: 19 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Begich, Bishop, Coghill, Costello, Egan, Gardner, Giessel, Hoffman, Hughes, Kelly, MacKinnon, Meyer, Micciche, Olson, Shower, Stevens, von Imhof, Wielechowski, Wilson Excused: Stedman and so, the report was adopted, thus adopting: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 285 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date." Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on the adoption of the Conference Committee Report be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent to move down the calendar to announcements. Without objection the Senate moved to: Announcements HB 213 Senator Meyer, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent Uniform Rule 23 be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 213(FIN)(efd fld) "An Act relating to the investment, appropriation, and administration of the public school trust fund" for a Rules Committee meeting today. Without objection, it was so ordered.
