Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the Senate                                                                   
waive Uniform Rule 42(a) and (b), and that the president grant the                                                              
Senate conferees powers of free conference under Uniform Rule 42(b)                                                             
for the limited purpose of including:                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
       1.  Appropriations to the public education fund                                                                          
       2.  Supplemental appropriations previously contained in                                                                  
           SENATE BILL NO. 23                                                                                                   
       3.  Approval of bargaining agreements for certain University of                                                          
           Alaska employees                                                                                                     
       4.  Appropriations from the Community Quota Entity Revolving                                                             
           Loan Fund                                                                                                            
       5.  Fiscal notes included as section 2 of HOUSE BILL NO. 57                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the Senate also                                                              
waive Uniform Rule 42(c). Without objection, Uniform Rule 42(a)-(c)
