The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 32 "An Act relating to biological products; relating to the practice of pharmacy; relating to the Board of Pharmacy; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 32 Third Reading - Final Passage Effective Dates YEAS: 18 NAYS: 2 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Begich, Bishop, Coghill, Costello, Dunleavy, Egan, Gardner, Hoffman, Hughes, Kelly, Meyer, Micciche, Olson, Stedman, Stevens, von Imhof, Wielechowski, Wilson Nays: Giessel, MacKinnon and so, SENATE BILL NO. 32 passed the Senate. Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clauses. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. Second Reading of House Bills HB 57 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 57(FIN) am(brf sup maj fld)(efd fld) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program expenses of state government and for certain programs; capitalizing funds; repealing appropriations; and making supplemental appropriations and reappropriations" was read the second time. Senator Hoffman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 739. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 57(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program expenses of state government and for certain
