Unfinished Business HCR 2 Senators Begich, Wielechowski, Gardner moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross sponsors on CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 2(STA) Urging Governor Bill Walker to join with the Alaska State Legislature to address the presence of adverse childhood experiences and childhood trauma as factors for many societal issues by establishing a statewide policy, supporting evidence-based programs, and funding research for statewide solutions. Without objection, it was so ordered. HB 31 Senators MacKinnon, Gardner moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross sponsors on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 31(FIN) "An Act relating to law enforcement training in domestic violence and sexual assault; relating to sexual assault investigation protocols; requiring an inventory and reports on untested sexual assault examination kits; and providing for an effective date." Without objection, it was so ordered. HB 236 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 236(FIN) "An Act extending the Alaska senior benefits payment program" passed by the Senate on April 14 (page 2683) was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.
