Full Journal pdf2018-05-12 Senate Journal Page 3124 HB 286 Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent to take up the Conference Committee Report for CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 286 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program expenses of state government and for certain programs; capitalizing funds; amending appropriations; making supplemental appropriations; making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date" which had been read May 10 (page 3661). Without objection, the report was before the Senate. 2018-05-12 Senate Journal Page 3125 Senator Micciche moved the Senate waive Uniform Rule 42 for the limited purpose of including: · Approval of bargaining agreements for certain public employees of the State of Alaska · Appropriations adopted as fiscal notes Without objection, Uniform Rule 42 was waived. Senator Micciche moved the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. The question being: "Shall the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS HB 286 Shall the Senate Adopt the Conference Committee Report on HB 286? IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." 2018-05-12 Senate Journal Page 3126 Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on the adoption of the Conference Committee Report be considered the vote on the effective date clauses. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Micciche moved for the adoption of the constitutional budget reserve fund section. The question being: "Shall the constitutional budget reserve fund section (Article IX, Section 17(c) Constitution of the State of Alaska) be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS HB 286 Constitutional Budget Reserve Fund Section?
