Representative Spohnholz, Chair of the Health & Social Services                                                                 
Committee, moved and asked unanimous consent that that the five-day                                                             
notice requirement in Rule 23(a) of the Uniform Rules be waived so                                                              
the Health & Social Services Committee may hear the following on                                                                
March 18:                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 91(HSS)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to the opioid epidemic; authorizing the chief                                                             
     medical officer of the Department of Health and Social Services to                                                         
     issue a standing order for the prescription of an opioid overdose                                                          
     drug; and providing for an effective date."
