SB 63 Representative LeDoux, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the five-day notice requirement in Rule 23(a) of the Uniform Rules be waived so that the Rules Committee may hear the following on April 10 at 5:00 p.m.: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 63(FIN) "An Act prohibiting smoking in certain places; relating to education on the smoking prohibition; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. RECONSIDERATION HB 136 Representative Claman gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 136(TRA) (page 3122). Representative Claman moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 136(TRA) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
