Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Chenault gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 124(FIN). RECONSIDERATION SB 51 Representative Claman gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HCS CSSB 51(RLS) (page 1447). Representative Claman moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of HCS CSSB 51(RLS) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 51(RLS) "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Veterinary Examiners; relating to the licensure of nail technicians; relating to the practice of manicuring; and providing for an effective date."
