Mason's Manual, moved that the House appoint a conference

    "An Act relating to an appropriation limit; relating to the budget                                                          
    responsibilities of the governor; relating to the Alaska permanent                                                          
    fund, the earnings of the Alaska permanent fund, and the earnings                                                           
    reserve account; relating to the mental health trust fund; relating to                                                      
    deposits into the dividend fund; and relating to the calculation and                                                        
    payment of permanent fund dividends."                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Representative Chenault moved and asked unanimous consent to                                                                    
withdraw the motion.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                              
                                                                                                                                
In accordance with Uniform Rule 51, Representative Tuck moved and                                                               
asked unanimous consent to invite the Senate to a joint session at                                                              
11:00 a.m., April 27 to confirm the Governor's appointments to boards
