SB 26                                                                                                                         
The Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference                                                                 
considering HCS CSSB 26(FIN)(efd fld H) and CSSB 26(FIN)                                                                        
recommends the following be adopted:                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
    CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 26                                                                                        
    "An Act relating to the earnings of the Alaska permanent fund and                                                           
    the earnings reserve account; relating to the mental health trust                                                           
    fund; and providing for an effective date."

House consider the Conference Committee report.  There being no
