HJR 21 was removed from the Judiciary Committee and referred to the State Affairs Committee. The bill was reprinted today. The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess to a call of the Chair; and so, the House recessed at 12:18 p.m. AFTER RECESS The Speaker called the House back to order at 3:13 p.m. **The presence of Representative Gara who was excused (page 1359) was noted.
