    CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23(RES)                                                                              
    Supporting enhanced efforts to protect wildlife and domestic                                                                
    animals in the state from infectious diseases, foreign pathogens,                                                           
    and nonendemic parasites.                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent to                                                                     
abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.  Objection was                                                           
heard, and he was required to vote.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                      
Representative Sullivan-Leonard be excused from a call of the House                                                             
today to 5:30 p.m.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
