Public school funding supplement. In addition to other school funding available under this chapter, the department shall annually distribute to each school district an amount equal to $100 for each student counted under AS 14.17.500 in the district for the previous fiscal year." Representative Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Gara objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 339 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. HB 339 will advance to third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
