Representative Tuck moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?" Representative Seaton gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 331(FIN). RECONSIDERATION HB 331 Representative Seaton moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 331(FIN) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
