INTRODUCTION OF CITATIONS The following citation was introduced and taken up as a Special Order of Business: Honoring - Alaska Women's Hall of Fame, 10th Anniversary and 2018 Inductees By Representative Tarr; Senator Begich CONSIDERATION OF THE DAILY CALENDAR SECOND READING OF HOUSE BILLS HB 322 The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following would be held to the April 25 calendar: HOUSE BILL NO. 322 "An Act relating to penalties for discharges of oil and other pollution violations; relating to oil discharge prevention and contingency plans for commercial motor vehicles transporting crude oil; and providing for an effective date." HB 333 The following was read the second time: HOUSE BILL NO. 333 "An Act authorizing a municipality to adopt an ordinance prohibiting the use of cellular telephones while driving in school zones or on school property."
