Representative Seaton moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
CSHB 321(FIN) be returned to second reading for the purpose of                                                                  
considering amendments.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                           
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker stated that, without objection, CSHB 321(FIN) would be                                                              
returned to second reading for all amendments.
