There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Speaker stated that, without objection, CSHB 321(FIN) would be returned to second reading for all amendments. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 6, line 22: Delete "judgments and settlements against the state" Insert "the arbitration award associated with the Department of Environmental Conservation employment litigation" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted.
