Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 299(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess to a call of the Chair; and so, the House recessed at 8:32 p.m. AFTER RECESS The Speaker called the House back to order at 9:12 p.m. The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would revert to: MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE HB 285 A message dated April 12 and received at 8:21 p.m., was read stating the Senate passed CSHB 285(FIN) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted for consideration: SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 285(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date."
