Representative Tuck moved that the appropriations in Section 4 from                                                             
the constitutional budget reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution                                                       
of the State of Alaska) be adopted.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House adopt the appropriations in                                                               
Section 4 from the constitutional budget reserve fund (art. IX, sec.                                                            
17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska)?"  The roll was taken with
