Amendment No. 77 was offered by Representative Reinbold: Page 53, following line 6: Insert a new subsection to read: "(c) It is the intent of the legislature that the Department of Public Safety immediately implement all recommendations found in the November 7, 2016, Legislative Budget and Audit Committee report to increase public trust and the integrity of the crime lab policy." Representative Reinbold moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 77 be adopted. Representative Tarr objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 77 be adopted?"
