Amendment No. 70 was offered by Representatives Johnston, Tilton, Wilson, Saddler, and Millett: Page 21, following line 12: Insert new material to read: "It is the intent of the legislature that, before submitting funding requests for the fiscal year 2020 Medicaid program, the Department of Health and Social Services provide the legislature with all reports compiled by third-party consultants relating to Medicaid programs and future enrollment projections." Representative Johnston moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 70 be adopted. There was objection.
