Full Journal pdf2018-03-22 House Journal Page 2836 HOUSE BILLS IN THIRD READING HB 286 The following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 286(FIN) am "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program expenses of state government and for certain programs; capitalizing funds; amending appropriations; making supplemental appropriations; making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 286(FIN) am be returned to second reading for considering amendments. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Speaker stated that, without objection, CSHB 286(FIN) am would be returned to second reading for all amendments. Amendment No. 68 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 1, line 2 (title amendment): Delete "amending appropriations;" Page 6, line 32, through page 7, line 3: Delete all material. Adjust fund sources and totals accordingly. Page 59, line 5: Delete "sec. 22(v)" Insert "sec. 22(s)" Page 68, lines 9 - 10: Delete "(a) Section 38(a), ch. 1, SSSLA 2017, is amended to read:"
