Amendment No. 43 was offered by Representatives Tilton, Thompson, Saddler, and Rauscher: Page 4, following line 32: Insert new material to read: "It is the intent of the legislature that the division of motor vehicles outsource administrative and licensing services to private sector business partners to the extent practicable." Representative Tilton moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 43 be adopted. Representative Josephson objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 43 be adopted?"
