"It is the intent of the legislature that the legislature continue to find                                                      
efficiencies in the budget and, when possible, hold extended and                                                                
special sessions in locations that provide a savings to the state rather                                                        
than holding extended and special sessions in Juneau."                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
Representative Rauscher moved and asked unanimous consent that
