Amendment No. 6 was offered by Representatives Millett, Wilson, Johnston, Thompson, Birch, Saddler, Reinbold, Talerico, Chenault, Tilton, Johnson, and Rauscher: Page 53, following line 6: Insert a new subsection to read: "(c) It is the intent of the legislature that the Alaska Commercial Fisheries Entry Commission be repealed and that the commission work with the Department of Fish and Game to ensure that essential services be transferred to appropriate divisions within the department. This should result in administrative savings, as well as elimination of the commissioner positions of the Alaska Commercial Fisheries Entry Commission." Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 6 be adopted.
