Full Journal pdf2018-05-12 House Journal Page 3765 CONCUR IN SENATE AMENDMENTS HB 213 Representative Chenault moved and asked unanimous consent that the House rescind previous action in concurring in the following (page 3741): SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 213(RLS) "An Act creating the education endowment fund and the dividend raffle fund; relating to the definition of 'gambling'; relating to the investment, appropriation, and administration of the public school trust fund; authorizing donations from the permanent fund dividend for educational purposes and to enter the permanent fund dividend raffle; relating to transfers from the dividend raffle fund and the education endowment fund; relating to the duties of the Department of Revenue; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment?"
