HB 289 Representative Claman, citing Uniform Rule 27(b), moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 289 "An Act relating to the fees that may be charged by a consumer credit reporting agency; and relating to the placement of a security freeze on a credit report." There being no objection, HB 289 was withdrawn. SB 93 Representative LeDoux, citing Uniform Rule 39(b), moved and asked unanimous consent to add a Judiciary Committee referral to the following: SENATE BILL NO. 93 "An Act relating to security freezes on the credit reports or records of incapacitated persons and certain minors." There being no objection, SB 93 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the Judiciary Committee. RECONSIDERATION HB 213 Representative Wilson brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 213(FIN) (page 2719).
