Representative Wilson gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 213(FIN). HB 259 The following, which was held from the March 14 calendar (page 2704), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 259(JUD) "An Act relating to containing or confining loads being transported on highways." Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 259(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1.
