Pursuant to adjournment the House was called to order by Speaker                                                                
Edgmon at 10:02 a.m.

                       MESSAGES FROM THE GOVERNOR                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
The following Governor's second supplemental proclamation dated                                                                 
June 22 was read:                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
"Under the authority of Article II, Section 9, and Article III, Section                                                         
17, Constitution of the State of Alaska, and in the public interest, I am                                                       
supplementing my proclamation of June 16, 2017, calling the Thirtieth                                                           
Legislature of the State of Alaska into its second special session at                                                           
Juneau, Alaska, on June 16, 2017, with the addition of the following                                                            
bill:                                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
    1. SCS CSHB 111(FIN) - credits against the oil and gas                                                                      
         production tax.                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
This proclamation supplements my proclamation of June 16, 2017.
