Representative Millett gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 111(FIN)(efd fld). HB 165 The following, which was moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 1012), was read the third time: HOUSE BILL NO. 165 "An Act relating to hiring for positions in state service based on substitution of military work experience or training for civilian work experience or training requirements." Representative Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and she was required to vote.
