Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 110(L&C) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. CSHB 110(L&C) will advance to third reading on tomorrow's calendar. The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess to a call of the Chair; and so, the House recessed at 11:22 a.m.
