Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Reinbold: Page 2, line 31, through page 3, line 3: Delete "unless the procedure is (1) within the scope of the licensee's education and training from an accredited school of optometry; and (2) authorized by regulations adopted by the board" Insert "as defined in (c) of this section" Representative Reinbold moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Spohnholz objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
