Full Journal pdf2017-03-22 House Journal Page 0707 Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 81(ENE) "An Act making certain entities that are exempt from federal taxation under 26 U.S.C. 501(c)(3), (4), (6), (12), or (19) (Internal Revenue Code), regional housing authorities, and federally recognized tribes eligible for a loan from the Alaska energy efficiency revolving loan fund; relating to loans from the Alaska energy efficiency revolving loan fund; and relating to the annual report published by the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 81(ENE) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. CSHB 81(ENE) will advance to third reading on the March 24 calendar.
