Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                  
House consider the Senate message (page 3602) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 76(FSH)                                                                                              
     "An Act relating to the mariculture revolving loan fund and loans                                                          
    and grants from the fund; and providing for an effective date."
