    Expressing the strong support of the Alaska State Legislature for                                                           
    the Kodiak Seafood and Marine Science Center; and urging the                                                                
    University of Alaska to maintain the Kodiak Seafood and Marine                                                              
    Science Center as an important resource in the state.
