Pursuant to adjournment the House was called to order by Speaker                                                                
Edgmon at 10:37 a.m.                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Roll call showed 39 members present.  Representative Gara was                                                                   
absent and his presence was noted later.                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
The invocation was sung by the Chaplain, Sherry Patterson of                                                                    
Breakthrough Church.  Representative Wilson moved and asked                                                                     
unanimous consent that the invocation be spread on the journal.  There                                                          
being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
     Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy                                                                   
     kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.                                                                
     Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as                                                             
     we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but                                                               
     deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power,                                                             
     and the glory, forever. Amen.
