Amendment No. 133 was offered by Representatives Reinbold, Birch, Thompson, Pruitt, Rauscher, Eastman, Sullivan-Leonard, Talerico, Knopp, and Wilson: Page 51, following line 6: Insert a new subsection to read: "(c) It is the intent of the legislature that the state stop collecting union dues or account for union dues in the state accounting system." Representative Reinbold moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 133 be adopted. Representative Josephson objected. Representatives Josephson, Parish, Spohnholz, Tarr, Fansler, Rauscher, Eastman, and Edgmon moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and they were required to vote. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 133 be adopted?"
