Amendment No. 128 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 2, following line 15: Insert new material to read: "It is the intent of the legislature that the Department of Administration release any Internet Protocol addresses in the possession of the state not currently being used or not anticipated to be used in the coming year for the purpose of revenue generation." Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 128 be adopted. There was objection. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 128 be adopted?"
