Amendment No. 123 was offered by Representatives Eastman and Rauscher: Page 51, following line 6: Insert a new subsection to read: "(c) It is the intent of the legislature that no state funds be granted or appropriated to an organization that has received financial gain from the sale or distribution of fetal tissue." Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 123 be adopted. Representative Tarr objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 123 be adopted?"
