There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 92 pass the House?" The Speaker stated that, without objection, CSHB 57(FIN) am would be held to tomorrow's calendar in second reading. The House adjourned. THIRD READING OF HOUSE BILLS HB 59 The following, which was not taken up from the March 15 calendar (page 569), was not taken up this legislative day: HOUSE BILL NO. 59 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date." HB 59 will advance to third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
