Amendment No. 94 was offered by Representative Tilton: Page 73, following line 30: Insert a new subsection to read: "(b) The sum of $2,200,000 is appropriated from the Alaska microloan revolving loan fund (AS 44.33.950) to the budget reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17, Constitution of the State of Alaska)." Reletter the following subsection accordingly. Representative Tilton moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 94 be adopted.
